Continuing with the journey of my job search I figured out a few things I am lacking as compared to what the average person having the same years of experience as me is having
DSA, an excellent grasp is necessary now
not only DSA but also problem-solving like Leetcode medium and hard problems
and the core thing, the tech(whichever you are in)
do not forget projects, they are like proof that you are not lying about your tech
These insights were not just picked up from any random articles, but I followed a strategy, booked sessions with experts on Topmate providing free services(cuz I don’t have money), and did a few things based on feedback and suggestions that I got with these sessions.
Updated Naukri profile (for now, I don’t know if it will work)
updated LinkedIn profile sections
Reformatted resume (now it scores more on Resumeworded as compared to all old resumes that I made with my hard thinking and copy-pasting)
One last very important thing (that was my idea), is to start interacting more on LinkedIn (posting, commenting, liking) so that my profile would get into the limelight.
For now, these are the only things that can share, will share more in future.
